This Subscription Policy governs all recurring product subscriptions purchased from DIVANI. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
When you purchase a subscription product from DIVANI:
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month.
Orders will be processed and shipped automatically.
Billing will occur on the same calendar day of each month as your original order date.
Example:
If you subscribe on March 12, future rebills will occur on the 12th of each month.
If a billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month, billing may occur on the closest available date.
To prevent abuse of promotional discounts, subscription cancellations are not permitted until at least one successful rebilling cycle has occurred.
This means:
You must complete the initial subscription order.
You must complete at least one recurring rebill.
After one successful rebill, you may cancel future renewals.
Subscriptions created solely to obtain promotional pricing and canceled before a successful rebill are not permitted.
DIVANI reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that do not meet this minimum requirement.
Certain subscription offers may include free promotional items (examples: Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2 Free).
Please note:
Free promotional items apply only to the initial subscription order.
Rebilling orders will include only the paid quantity.
Examples:
Buy 1 Get 1 Free → Future rebills will include 1 product only.
Buy 2 Get 2 Free → Future rebills will include 2 products only.
Any free bonus items included in the first order will not be included in future recurring shipments.
Recurring charges reflect only the paid subscription quantity selected at checkout.
After one successful rebill has been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
To cancel:

Or manage your subscription through your customer portal (if applicable)
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Once a rebill has processed, it cannot be reversed.
If a recurring payment fails:
We may attempt to reprocess the charge.
If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and valid.
DIVANI reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice.
Continued participation in the subscription after pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility does not override the minimum rebill requirement outlined above.
DIVANI reserves the right to cancel accounts or refuse service in cases of:
Repeated chargebacks
Promotional abuse
Fraudulent activity
Violations of this policy
By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
